This publication documents in a detailed yet concise manner of influences, historical and divine concepts that share similar principles, with various art movements and styles, that constructed minimal art, design, architecture and even lifestyles today. The publication allows greater understanding to the practice of reduction by highlighting various principles that may have influenced one art movement to another art movements.

 

The representation of simplicity and minimal values of reduction can be seen through the print of the book that is printed in black ink set on black paper. The visual deception that the book could actually be an empty notebook, actually holds significant weight and information within. The book also features a coptic-stitch bound only by hand.
